Greenville has a rich tradition of good planning. As Greenville grows it is critical that this tradition continues and that neighborhoods be prioritized and given a seat at the table. Good plans are a road map to success for responsible growth, affordable housing, economic development, greenspace, and so many other topics. City leadership plays a critical role in ensuring all stakeholders are a part of the conversation so that change can be effected in a positive way, and our quality of life maintained.
Roads, bridges, utilities: Infrastructure is critical for any thriving community-- but we need to plan for the future so that Greenville is setup for success not only for today, but for tomorrow. A reliable transportation network also has benefits for every resident, and once implemented, has positive impacts in so many different areas. Public Safety and the first responders that support it are also a critical piece of our community. They need to always be supported and empowered to continue doing their job well.
It is not possible to tackle any challenge unless the city is strong financially. Being fiscally responsible and prioritizing economic development sets Greenville up for success for future generations-- and it is possible without raising taxes or implementing new fees.
We appreciate your support and look forward to reaching out soon with more information about the campaign!
